Consultation sessions are open-ended, general discussions with the attorney to address questions you may have about your legal matter(s).

The first step in building your estate plan is completing your Planning Questionnaire. You will be sent your questionnaire and can complete it on your own or schedule a paid Support Session to help you do so. Support Sessions are two-hour working meetings, held on Zoom, to assist you in gathering your personal and financial information and completing your questionnaire online in preparation for your Planning Session.

Planning Sessions are probably what you're looking for - a chance to ask those burning questions you have because of your life experiences (or maybe because of the rumors you've heard?). This meeting is an in-depth consultation to discuss your family dynamics and current estate plan (every adult has one!), your short- and long-term concerns/goals, and planning options. If you decide to proceed, you'll choose the planning package that meets your goals and budget, then we'll design your plan.
